Is Home Inspection a good career field? Is it hard to get jobs as a Home Inspector? - home inspection brooklyn

I intend to take a course in Home Inspection American Home Inspection Training, but not sure if it is a lucrative career goal or not. Any help would be very grateful.

Thank you!

Good question. Usually there are many home inspectors (city or town). I do not know how much you about the work itself or what it could achieve the "customers to know." Some home inspectors are other jobs. Mortgage brokers, lawyers, estate agents, mortgage banks all regularly deal with home inspectors. Normally, we say that the mortgage broker has a client who wants to refinance his house. A mortgage broker typically contact the office of the "inspectors" and calls for an inspection. The mortgage broker has a list of their "favorites" so to speak, and only rarely with a new person. If you do not know they come highly recommended by someone. I suggest you get in networking with local businesses as part of the Chamber of Commerce. Who can plug into the social circle and the right connections. Of course you need promotional material and I suggest you think about what you can do to separate the other chief inspectors, so that really stand and get tons of references and the economy.Another thing to consider is the housing market. It is not what it was several years ago, when the rate was at its lowest point, and several houses were inspected to inspectors. So now in some areas, there are many inspectors.
Another thing ... so someones trying to get companies to ... Never go into an institution with only the "boss" or "administrator speak" without an appointment. You have no idea how it is offensive. Remember, they have people constantly demanding your time and attention on the parcels for sale or your company want for one or the other. So, if you but just make an appointment, or I suggest you tell them that you (in the head and / or manager for lunch a pleasant and professional, not TGI Fridays) to meet and build to one .. . Relations. (Or you can mail your promotional materials ... probably end up in the trash before arriving at the table leaders.) But if you do something unique and give them a free inspectionCompanies for the first time (only one thing at a time) ... How can this down? It will have been worthwhile in the first cost, but in the end. Also good to keep track of who pays and who is exceptional. For example, you will be a check once a month by the bank (will be written with a "C" because it carries no cash). Well, I could go, but I think that is enough for the thoughts of the day. :-) Hope this helps!

Not with the real estate market in this state. It may be a good race, but you need to be trained in construction to make your claim seem legitimate commercial perspective. No experience in the construction industry, which you set? Just because "the transition from a class that does not give you practical experience. When you are ready to work for someone who, after graduation, then the acquisition of experience, but you'll pay less than expected.

Instead of asking people who are only an indication that you are, why not look on the manual job prospects? A Google search will give you the right side. Here you will find all the information you need it.
