Hey Busy. Most of these units to close autoloader or trickle charge mode when the battery voltage reaches pre-programmed, but the batteries are dry with a normal load, and not just an overload. If you are looking to fill positions, you need to add distilled water from time to time. You should find a book in the library to "The Complete Book of the battery." By Richard Perez. Good luck Rudydoo

Burden after use, slow release of the rest. Most are on a gel lead-acid battery types, which is based the same natural cycle of discharge and drops it to the proper maintenance required.

When the system is faulty battery, tried the charger to bring the good under constant tension. This could lead to overheating and other problems - but most systems have a bug to avoid an indicator on the battery to such problems.
